Slow down. The forest will wait for you.
Cooper's Ozark Cabin sits on 40 private acres deep in the Ozark National Forest, 22 miles north of Clarksville just off Highway 21, the Ozark Highlands Scenic Byway. You will not see a neighbor from the porch. To the west, the property borders national forest land that is free to roam all the way to the Mulberry River.
Evenings here mean a soak in the hot tub under the stars, a session in the steam room, or a fire in the wood burning fireplace. We supply the wood. Mornings mean coffee on the sunset patio while the fog lifts off the ridges.
The cabin sleeps 8 across two king bedrooms and an upstairs bunk room with four twin beds. It welcomes your dog and keeps remote workers happy with 1GB fiber Wi-Fi.
Private, covered, and ready on the patio every night of your stay.
A full steam session after a day on the trails.
Covered seating facing the ridge for coffee and golden hour.
Real wood, real crackle, right in the living room.
We keep you stocked for the fireplace and the fires outside. No need to haul your own.
Gather around for bonfire nights and s'mores under the stars.
A smaller fire for cool evenings on the patio.
Strung up and waiting with a view of the woods.
Deer wander through most days, and the occasional black bear reminds you these woods are the real thing.
Two king bedrooms downstairs plus four twin beds in the upstairs bunk room.
Quality cookware, coffee station, and everything you need to cook in.
Fast enough for remote work, streaming, and sharing the view.
Dogs are welcome. Plenty of guests bring two.
Pack light and stay longer.
Bordering national forest land you can roam all the way to the Mulberry River.

Plenty of guests bring their side by sides and ATVs, about a quarter of our visitors are into off roading. There are even some trails right on the property. Local favorites:
- Three miles north on Highway 21, turn left on CR 9360 and follow the church signs. Past the church it turns into a forestry road, a little rough but ridden all the time, and it comes out just east southeast of Catalpa. Locals know it as Rossetta Road, and it makes a good jeep ride too.
- Approved ATV trails up Highway 215 toward Byrd's Adventure Center on the Mulberry River.
- About a mile south on Highway 21 there is a gravel county road on the left that runs all the way down to Little Piney Creek, a fantastic ATV ride.
- Mill Creek OHV trail area is roughly an hour away for a bigger day of riding.
